We aim to maintain a constant stock holding for nearly all of our website products. Most popular items are always in stock in our warehouse.
Regrettably stock can sometimes sell out due to demand, or occasionally, face supply or manufacturing delays. Sometimes, world events can also impact supplier lead times where their warehouses are located outside of the UK.
In stock products are indicated with a green 'in-stock' delivery icon on the product page. We have these in stock at our own warehouse in Gloucester, ready to leave us the same day (when ordered before 3:30pm Monday to Friday).
To enable you to take advantage of our best pricing and place backorders yourself, we make it possible to place orders for out of stock products. Out of stock items will often have an approximate lead time from the supplier, which we'll email you about after your order has been placed. We usually receive stock from them within a few days after your order is placed, so in most circumstances any delay should be minimal.
