For showers and pumps bought from us, we are happy to provide ongoing support if you have any concerns or questions. For showers covered under Aqualisa's warranty which have been fitted, warranty issues are resolved by Aqualisa themselves in the first instance. Aqualisa will be able to provide troubleshooting and if required, repair or replacement under their guarantee.
