Please note the following only applies to orders placed on a Trade/Merchant account.
Before sending us your purchase order, please ensure that the items you require are correct.
You should inspect your order upon delivery for any damages or discrepancies. Any obvious damages due to shipping must be reported to us within 7 calendar days of the original despatch date.
Unless faulty or damaged, returned items must be received back to us within 30 calendar days of the original despatch date, must be unused, and must be in a re-saleable condition (including any original/manufacturer packaging). A 15% restocking charge shall apply for all non-faulty returns.
If faulty, we advise that you contact us first in order to confirm the fault. In any case, faulty items must be received back within 1 year of the original despatch date.
Outside of these conditions, returns will be accepted only at managerial discretion.
