Orders
The office at National Shower Spares will be closed over the Christmas and New Year period from the end of Tuesday 23rd December 2025 until we reopen Friday 2nd January 2026. Our website www.showerspares.com remains open to take orders throughout this time.
The cut off for dispatch before our Christmas closure is 3:30pm on 23rd December 2025.
Orders placed after this time will be processed on Monday 29th December 2025 when we will have a small team working to process and dispatch orders. Orders after 3:30pm on the 29th will be processed when we reopen on Friday 2nd of January 2026.
Please note that we cannot guarantee the Royal Mail 'Special Delivery' service for orders placed after Friday 12th December.
Customer Support
Our phonelines will be closed from 10am Tuesday 23rd December 2025 and will reopen at 9:00am Friday 2nd January 2026.
We have a small team working on Monday 29th December to reply to any urgent emails and correspondence. Outside of these urgent enquiries, emails sent over this period will be replied to from Friday 2nd January 2026.
