We aim to process returns and refunds within 2-7 business days of receiving back to our address. If you have sent your item back to us using a tracked service (as we recommend) you may be able to confirm the date this arrived back to us.
We will credit the method of payment you used to place the order, and will send you an email (if you provided an email address when placing the order) once the refund has been actioned by us. It can take up to 48 hours for a refund to reach you.
If, on the rare occasion you haven't heard from us or received your refund after 7 business days, please do get in touch and we will look into this for you as a matter of urgency.

At the present time, returns may take a little longer than usual to process. Returns are only being processed by one assigned colleague. This is due to COVID guidelines and a reduced workforce in the office.
