If you wish to cancel or amend an order, please contact us by phone on 01452 619836 as soon as possible after placing your order, ideally within 15 minutes and we'll aim to accommodate this wherever possible.
To meet our fast order processing and dispatch times and get your order to you as soon as possible, we regularly download orders made on the website. Once your order has been downloaded, it is carefully picked, packed and bagged into courier sacks, ready for collection by the courier. Unfortunately, we are not able to cancel the order at this stage.
In the event your order cannot be cancelled, you can of course send it back to us for a full refund of the original amount paid. Or if possible, you can refuse the delivery when the delivery is attempted.
