We understand that shower spares are often needed in a hurry!
Providing your part is in stock and your order is placed before 3:30pm Monday-Friday (excluding bank holidays), then it is our aim to ensure your order is dispatched from us that same day (3:30pm is the cut off time for same day dispatch).
We only process orders Monday-Friday as we are closed on weekends (and bank holidays). You can view our opening times here.
Should you place an order when we are closed, it will be processed when we re-open next. For instance, orders placed on a Saturday or Sunday will be processed and dispatched on the Monday, ready for delivery from the Tuesday onwards (depending on the service chosen).
When can I expect delivery?
In stock items are dispatched using the service you chose at the basket stage (details of which can be found in your order confirmation email). The speed of delivery is largely based on the delivery service chosen, however on rare occasions couriers can face delays/redirection in their network which can regrettably extend this slightly.
We find 95% of orders placed before the cut-off time using Royal Mail Standard Delivery (Tracked48) or Parcelforce 48 are delivered the next working day or, if not, early the day after.

Email Confirmation and Tracking information
Once your order has been dispatched, we will send an email confirming this. This will include a tracking number and link for the appropriate courier service. Please be sure to check your spam/junk email folders if you have not received this.
